  • I have been happily married to my sweetheart, Gayle, for over 44 years.

  • Our family is blessed with 6 children, their spouses,9 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.

  • During my free time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, gardening, and spending quality time with my family.

  • I have served as the Director and Past Chair of the Oxnard Chamber of Commerce, now known as the West Ventura County Business Alliance.

  • I have also been a Director and Past Chair of Goodwill Industries for Ventura & Santa Barbara Counties.

  • Member of Peace Lutheran Church in Camarillo.

  • I have been actively involved with the Boy Scouts of America as a previous Scoutmaster and Cubmaster.

  • I have also managed and coached youth sports teams.
